2025 Directors Instructions 
As Director you are responsible for the following:
·      Communications with the golf course 
·      Check in all players the day of your event 
·      On the Monday before your assigned week, be sure to pick up the “Portfolio Case”. 
·      You will get a $300 prize money check from Jim Fox prior to your assigned week. 
·      Cash the check (suggested - 25 $10 bills and 10 $5 bills).
·      Use this money to pay $10 to each foursome and the (5) flag prizes
·      Flag prizes, pay $5 for par 3 winners and $10 for long putt
·      Flag prizes for par 3's; verify handicap breakdown (1 - 24) with Fred Reichelt  
·      Check the sign-up sheet for players that have signed up twice. 
·      By Thursday CALL the golf course to give them the expected number of players.
·      Remind the course to check our website  https://wisseniortour.com  for the player list 
·      Check with Keith Anderson if you have groups of less than 4 players. 
·      On the day of event update course regarding any changes to player list
SHOTGUN STARTS (get to the course early, at least 60 minutes before tee off): 
Find a prominent place for you and your partner to check-in all golfers.
        ·      Place the next 3 weeks sign-up sheets on a table for players to sign-up.
        ·      Check with the course and make sure the flags are out.
        ·      Pay out $10 to a player in each foursome, Note player who received the money. 
        ·      After the round is complete - collect the flags and pay out the flag prizes. 
    o   Put prize money in an envelope with players name & event they won. 
    o   For your convenience you may pay out winners the following week. 
        ·      Note total number of players on the sign-up sheet and file it in the Portfolio Case.
        ·      Pass the Portfolio Case, including the sign-up sheets, on to the next Director.
 Give any left-over money to Keith Anderson or Fred Reichelt 
TEE TIME STARTS (get to the course early enough to check in first groups): 
        Follow the same process as Shotgun Starts.
        You will be acting as the Starter and need to be there for all tee times.
